Totally cheating, but an estimate for chartering a one way trip from Detroit to Tokyo - from $35,112 in a piston aircraft (NO) to $127,700 in a midsize jet.
First class on JAL from NY to Tokyo - $13,963
The 350z and 370z are likely to be the last of a breed. I don't expect to see a 2 seat FR Japanese sports car again for a long time. The market is too small, especially when there are so many hot hatches and sport sedans that can be produced cheaper using volume car platforms.
Dude, I love you but the 350->370 was about as major of a revision as you can get. New motor, all new (shorter) chassis, all new body panels, all new interior. The basic concept didn't change, but everything else did.
Yes, because innovation is stupid and we should go back to all me-too copycat cars to keep things as interesting as possible.
Courtesy of Fodder the Sane who can't figure out how to Kinja, we present The Fonz. Best comment so far: "bet you jump a shark on the last level."
I rented this game (Woah, video store game rentals, flashback) twice and couldn't get it to work in my Nintendo either time. So, so, SO disappointed.
According to teh Googles this is the first racing game ever. Not weird at all, but the ad is so awesome I had to post it.
